CAPAH se convirtió en un proveedor de cuidado de ancianos aprobado en 2019 y es reconocido como un proveedor de servicios de cuidado de ancianos de calidad. Ofrecemos Paquetes de Atención Domiciliaria, el Programa de Apoyo Domiciliario de la Commonwealth (CHSP), el Programa de Grupo de Apoyo Social, el Programa Individual de Apoyo Social, el Plan de Visitantes de la Comunidad (CVS) y un Programa de Atención de Demencia.
From 1 November 2025, the Support At Home program replaces the Home Care Packages (HCP) program, providing easier access and more comprehensive care for ageing Australians who need support for living at home.
Key highlights of the Support at Home program:

Eight support levels with funding up to $78,000 yearly, plus two short-term pathways.

Quarterly budgets replace Annual budgets.

Clear service list so you can know exactly what support is available to you.

Price caps on services, starting approximately July 2026. Providers set their own prices until then.

0% capped care management fee ensuring you receive trusted, quality care that you deserve.
